Facilities Project Manager – Construction and Remodeling


Our customer is a large, well-established manufacturing company in the south Boulder Valley area, and they have a direct placement opportunity for a Facilities Project Manager for their 700,000 SF campus. Credible candidates will have a Bachelor or Associate degree in Engineering, strong skills on AutoCAD, and five years of experience designing and managing new construction, remodeling and relocations for manufacturing operations. Will work with internal customers to develop the scope, specifications and schedules and oversee contractors throughout the projects, including submissions to local fire and building code authorities. Pays $80,000 to $95,000 per year, plus bonuses, depending on experience.
